Here at PS Finance, we are committed to working with your organisation to understand your commercial finance needs precisely. With a wide range of business finance solutions, and a dedicated team of professionals in the field, our expertise and support will provide the most cost effective and perfectly tailored answer.

Understanding asset finance

Our asset finance work provides lending facilities for all business – from start-ups and SMEs, to large corporations with a global network. For many companies, this is the most efficient and financially optimised way to inject cash whilst maintaining growth.

By raising business finance through your trade debtors and stock options, in addition to arranging loans secured against tangible and intellectual assets, there are many effective instruments to choose from. All have the same goal in mind however, to give you the commercial finance to thrive.

Invoice finance

For many organisations, the best way to enhance cash flow is through raising business finance on unpaid invoices. An essential revolving business tool for companies in all sectors, there are two distinct ways this can be achieved; with invoice factoring or with invoice discounting.

With invoice factoring, a firm would take control of your sales ledger and invoices, enabling them to efficiently and courteously work directly with your clients. This allows them to pay up to 90% of the invoice total to you immediately upon it being raised.

Invoice factoring therefore allows you the space and funding to grow your business, whilst the invoice factoring firm attends to collecting payment. The remainder of the invoice is paid, less fees, some time later, once the final settlement has been received from the customer.

The main difference with invoice discounting is that you retain control of your sales ledger and invoices. This allows the service to be provided in a more confidential way, with your customers only dealing with you.

Working with invoice discounting, you continue to bill your customers directly, whilst at the same time, providing an invoice discounting firm with a copy of the invoice. Once received, they authorise a payment of up to 90% of the value, with the rest payable, less fees, once the balance has been settled in full.

Trade Finance

Extending a business globally is an exciting time for any business. With exchange rate complexities and delays with payables though, it is an equally challenging time. If it is your intention to grow internationally, our trade finance solutions would be an ideal support mechanism.

A specialist trade finance team, we can guide you through all areas of international commerce, help to mitigate any risks associated and implement a host of tools designed to promote business growth. From advising on differences in trade practices to the expert application of letters of credit, we can help.

At PS Finance, we have more than 25 years’ experience providing customers with expert commercial finance brokerage, advice and solutions.
